We took in my girlfriends Nissan Murano due to engine troubles. Steven talked to me on the phone about the full diagnosis and cheapest recommendations. The price was fair and transparency was very good. They even worked past normal hours to make sure the car was running right before pickup. We went there, not knowing what to expect, It was a long drive but worth it in the end. The workplace was clean,  great with customer service, we talk with Steve on the phone. He’ll let us know they can work on the car. Which just went there for a leak on the tire and they say they work with a warranty which it was selling A+ for Me. They refill the tire with nitrogen but also trying to figure it out what is wrong with the tire, why or where is leaking from? Since they couldn’t find a nail or s hole, so they were really precocious in figure out many ways how to discover the linking air. There was no damage or causes of the link, amazing news from us. I was surprised how organize and clean  everything look, with this company just having one or two years on their running. On that note Steve gives us a tour of the place. I felt that I was investing in this place by how they displaying everything to me. They have a whole monitor with video explaining what that part does to  your car. Friendly automotive customer service was top tier. The staff was professional and welcoming. I had two other quotes for the job done on my car and Friendly automotive was still able to give me a better price. They provided transportation for me to get home and even took my car home for me. They re-built the engine on my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica after I was quoted on a complete engine replacement by the dealership. I've been very happy with the way the car has been running since. Very smooth ride. They also changed the oil on my other car for free after the major engine re-build which I appreciated. I had to take the car back after the engine re-build because the AC was not working, but they got in working again. Very friendly and they provide quality work. My only issue was with some miscommunication, but after speaking with Steven the owner, we resolved the issue. Would reccommend highly over any dealership.
